MedCodeSearch is a small, independently operated site. Reach out for site issues, display errors, or general questions.

Report a display issue
MedCodeSearch republishes and organizes public code-set information — it does not create, own, or maintain the underlying codes, descriptions, or notes. If a page appears to show something incorrectly (a broken link, a formatting error, a page that doesn't match its source release, or similar), email hello@medcodesearch.com with the URL and a description of what looks wrong, and it will be checked against the official source file.
Reporting a display issue on this site does not modify official code data in any way. MedCodeSearch has no authority to add, remove, revise, or reinterpret an official code, description, or note. Official coding changes come only from the organization responsible for that code set:
- ICD-10-CM: CDC / National Center for Health Statistics, with CMS
- ICD-10-PCS: CMS
- HCPCS Level II: CMS
Direct links for each are listed on the Data Sources page. If you believe an official code, description, or note itself is wrong — not just how this site displays it — that has to be raised with the responsible organization above, not with MedCodeSearch.
What this address is for
hello@medcodesearch.com is for site issues — bugs, display errors, accessibility problems, and general questions about MedCodeSearch. It is not a source of medical, billing, or coding advice, and messages asking which code to use for a specific clinical or billing situation won't get a substantive answer; see the Disclaimer page for why. For questions about how a code should be applied, consult the applicable official coding guidelines or a qualified coding professional.
